Cancelation and Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for orders placed through Firestation Gourmet Deli, LLC’s (FSGD) will only be honored if received at least 24hrs in advance of scheduled delivery, and in no case after provisioning or preparation of the items ordered has commenced, except at the sole discretion of the management of FSGD.  The grant of any previous exception to this policy shall not imply the grant of any future exception. Any cancellations must be requested by the person who placed the original order, or be verifiable to the satisfaction of management of FSGD as a legitimate request.  FSGD will not be responsible for any consequences, expense or other hardship incurred by the customer as a result of any cancelation.

Returns

No returns of unused product will be accepted for any unused, unconsumed or mistakenly ordered products received from FSGD, nor will any credit or refund for same be issued, except at the sole discretion of the management of FSGD.  The grant of any previous exception to this policy shall not imply the grant of any future exception.

Refunds

Any refunds issued shall only be refunded back to the original credit card offered for payment.  Approved refunds shall be made within 5 business days of request by customer or 5 business days of discovery by FSGD.  Pending credit card charges for sales cancelled in accordance with FSGD’s cancellation policy may be voided, rather than charged and refunded, if the credit card charge has not yet been submitted to FSGD’s processor.  Customer may on request receive verification of any refund or void of their credit card transaction.
